EBI Roadshow Chicago

 

 

European Bioinformatics Institute Roadshows provide hands-on bioinformatics training for scientists.  Using presentations and practical sessions, expert trainers guide participants through web interfaces and key functionalities of a selected set of the extensive databases and tools developed at the EBI, including:

 

                        * Ensembl

                        * BioMart

                        * ArrayExpress

                        * ArrayExpress Gene Expression Atlas

                        * Reactome

 

 

 

EBI Roadshows have taken place throughout Europe for the past several years.  Northwestern University is excited to welcome the roadshow during a United States tour this spring.  We welcome EBI research scientists and lecturers:
